Construction Claims & EOT Services

Technical support for extension of time (EOT), delay analysis, variation orders and construction claims in Pakistan. Struc-Arch prepares the engineering and quantity surveying documentation behind a claim - it does not provide legal representation.

Claims & delay documentation

Turn site records into a claim that stands up

Many contractors lose valid claims because the paperwork is weak. Struc-Arch helps you build the technical record, quantify the impact and present it clearly - before the dispute escalates.

EOT Claims Documentation

Extension of time submissions, delay event notices, supporting calculations and documents that connect cause to effect.

Delay Analysis

As-planned against as-built comparison, critical path review, and clear identification of delay cause and responsibility.

Variation Orders

Variation documentation, pricing of changed work, deviation statements and extra item rates against the contract.

Technical Claim Reports

Quantified cost and time impact, expert technical reports and chronologies for negotiation, arbitration or litigation support.

Measurement & Payment Disputes

Quantity verification, BOQ reconciliation and rate analysis support when measurements or payments are disputed.

Contract Record Review

Review of site records, correspondence, minutes and diaries, and preparation of a clear claim chronology.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about construction claims and EOT in Pakistan.

What is the difference between a variation order and a claim?

A variation order is an instructed change to the works or rates agreed under the contract. A claim is a formal request for additional time or money arising from events under the contract, such as delays or changed conditions. Both need strong documentation. See our contractor billing services for the billing side.

What is an Extension of Time (EOT) claim?

An EOT claim is a request to extend the contractual completion date because of delay events that are not the contractor's responsibility. It requires evidence of the delay event, its timing and its impact on the completion date, usually supported by delay analysis.

What documents are needed to support a delay claim in Pakistan?

Typically: the contract and programme, delay notices and letters, site diaries and progress reports, meeting minutes, correspondence with the engineer or client, approved drawings, instructions, weather or utility records and any records showing when work actually happened.

Does Struc-Arch provide legal representation?

No. Struc-Arch provides engineering, quantity surveying and technical documentation services only. It does not give legal advice or represent parties in court. We prepare the technical record and work with lawyers where legal action is needed.

Who needs construction claims support?

Contractors, subcontractors, consultants and developers facing delayed payments, EOT disputes, measurement or rate disagreements, or claims by clients against them. Early documentation is usually the difference between a strong and a weak position.
